When you request a reservation, we collect the information needed to issue it: passenger name(s), travel dates, route, and a contact email. If you complete payment, our payment processor separately handles your payment details — we do not store card numbers on our own servers.

2. How we use it

Your information is used only to issue the requested reservation and to communicate with you about that request. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data retention

Booking request records are retained only as long as needed to fulfil the request and to handle any follow-up questions or refund cases.

4. Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@realdummytickets.com.
